Terms of Service

1. Who we are

MyRA is operated by BQuant S.r.l., a limited-liability company incorporated under the laws of the Italian Republic, with registered office in Italy ("BQuant", "we", "us", "our"). MyRA, CropSignal, Portfolio Intelligence, Quant Lab and SiteRisk are trading names and product brands of BQuant S.r.l.

2. What MyRA is — and what it is not

MyRA is a software-as-a-service data analytics platform. We deliver quantitative research outputs, satellite-derived datasets, factor-model backtests, and analytical tooling for the user's own informational and educational use.

MyRA is not a licensed investment advisor, broker-dealer, portfolio manager, payment institution, money transmitter, or financial intermediary. We do not:

  • provide personalized investment advice or recommendations;
  • execute trades on behalf of users;
  • hold, custody, or transmit customer funds or financial instruments;
  • manage portfolios or make discretionary investment decisions;
  • intermediate any financial transaction.

All outputs are presented as informational/educational research data. Users are solely responsible for their own analysis and any decisions taken on the basis of the data. Past performance does not predict future results.

3. Account registration

To access most features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

MyRA is offered on Free and paid (Pro, Enterprise) subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via our payment processor (Paddle.com Inc. or its affiliate, acting as Merchant of Record). All prices are stated on the pricing page and exclude any applicable taxes, which the Merchant of Record collects and remits.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel renewal at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain access until that date.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) resell or sublicense the service or its data outputs without written permission; (b) reverse-engineer, scrape at abusive rates, or attempt to extract proprietary methodologies; (c) use the service to defame any company or person; (d) use the service in any manner that violates applicable law; (e) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; (f) interfere with the security or operation of the service.

7. Intellectual property

The MyRA platform, its source code, methodologies, factor models, indices, brands and content are the exclusive property of BQuant S.r.l. or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your own internal informational use during the period of an active subscription. Public satellite data sources (e.g. Copernicus/ESA Sentinel) and third-party financial data are used under their respective licenses and remain the property of their owners.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the data is free of errors or interruptions.

Outputs of the service constitute informational research data and not investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You should consult appropriately qualified and authorized professionals before making any decision based on data accessed through the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BQuant S.r.l.'s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or trading or investment losses, even if advised of the possibility.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time from your account page; closure terminates your subscription as described in Section 4.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers and posted on this page at least thirty (30) days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Florence (Italy), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that grant consumers the right to bring proceedings in their place of residence within the European Union.
